SHYDN products are warranted against any manufacturing defect for a mentioned time period from the date purchase.
- The warranty will be rendered invalid in case damage has resulted from accident mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer.
- The warranty card duly signed and stamped by the dealer should be product along with the defective unit otherwise the warranty will not be rendered invalid.
- The company or it’s authorized Service Center/ service dealer, reserves the right to retain any part of or discretion in the event of defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period.
- Warranty for the unexpired period shall continue after the product is inspected by the concerned service centre & the product is found free from damage. The customers will have to pay visiting charge towards inspection as applicable.
- The company shall not be liable in any case for any loss or damage caused to any property, death or disability caused to any human life arising out of fire electrical fault, short-circuit, accidental handling or any kind of natural calamity. As such the company’s liability is limited to the cost of the spare parts of the said products only.
- During the warranty, customer is not entitled for any exchange of product or refund of money.
This warranty is not applicable if any of the following cases.
- The warranty card is not duly filled while presented to authorized person at the time of repair.
- The product is not purchased from the authorized SHYDN dealer.
- Modification or alteration of any nature is made in the electrical circuit agency or a physical construction of the company.
- The original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the machine or the cabinet.
- Defect due to caused beyond control like lighting, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service or purchaser’s residence.
- If the electrical power supply voltage are not within the stipulated norms (220v AC).
- No warranty will stand if original bill is not produced.
- The warranty is issued subject to jurisdiction Nepal Court of law.
